1. Who runs this website

2. Purpose

Omoidetabi is an online service to create, design and share digital memory books with photos, text, maps and audio. This legal notice governs access to and browsing of the website. Using an account and the services (including paid plans) is also governed by the terms and conditions, and the processing of personal data by the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

3. Use of the website

By browsing the website you become a user and agree to use it diligently and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

• use the website for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights of others;
• try to access other people's accounts, systems or data without authorization, or introduce viruses or malicious code;
• extract content massively or automatically (scraping) without our permission, or overload the service;
• publish content that breaks the law or the terms and conditions.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The software, the design of the website, the Omoidetabi brand, logos, templates, book styles and every other element of the service belong to the owner or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or publicly communicated without authorization, except for the normal use of the service.

The books, photos, texts and audio uploaded by users belong to their authors. The terms under which they let us display them are in the terms and conditions. If you believe some content infringes your rights, let us know through the contact form (reason «Report illegal content»).

5. Liability

We work to keep the website running continuously and securely, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by interruptions beyond our control, by users misusing the website or by the content users publish.

As a hosting service provider, we are not liable for information stored at the request of users as long as we have no actual knowledge that it is unlawful or, once we do, we act diligently to remove it or disable access to it (art. 16 LSSI-CE and art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act).

6. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, the ones users add to their profile). We don't control those websites and are not responsible for their content or policies. If you find a link to unlawful content, please tell us.
